Vertical  Analytical  IEF Gels

Versatility:
These precast isoelectric gels permit the protein characterization without requiring specialized equipment, conferring the advantage of the ability to electroblotting.

For very sensitive proteins we use photopolymerization, at your request.

Formulation:
5% Polyacrylamide with 3%C, and 3% Ampholynes in either nondenaturing or with 50% urea denaturing systems. Note: Custom gel requirement can be made at your formulation.

pH Ranges:
pH 3-5, pH 3-7, pH 3-10, pH 4-9, pH 5-8, pH 6-10.or at your choice

Cassette Format:

• 8x10cm, 10x10cm, 10x12cm, all with 1.00mm gel thickness
• 9x18cm, 16x18cm, with 1.5mm gel thickness (all glass)
• 16x18 with ultrathin gels of 0.15mm or 0.30mm, attached to Gel Bond foil or to glass plate inside the plastic cassette.
• We sell glass plates: 1mm thick, any size and shape

Formulation:
1% Agarose with 2.5% w/v Ampholytes, permitting analysis of proteins up to 2,000 kDa. Note: Custom gel requirement can be made at your formulation.

pH Ranges:
pH 3-5, pH 3-7, pH 3-10, pH 4-9, pH 5-8, pH 6-10.or your choice
